Q1 : Can I pick up my order?
This depends on where you live. Please visit our Contact Us page. If you see "Pickup is not an option", then your order will need to be shipped. We do offer free shipping on orders over $99. Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $19.

Q2 : What precautions do you take to ship my order safely?
We make custom boxes for every single order we ship. This means your items will fit perfectly in their packaging, with no room to tumble around and risk damage. We use foam sheeting, foam corners, and extra cardboard where applicable, to ensure your shipment is as safe as possible.

Boxes with heavy items are carefully reinforced, and even paper prints are safely sandwiched between cardboard and then packed in their own box. Learn more about shipping by reading our article on custom-made shipping boxes.

Q3 : I would like a professional printed product but have a small budget. What can I order?
There are certainly options for the tighter budget.

A paper print is a great option. We have many different fine art papers that range in price. We can ship your print unframed, so you can order a frame at another time, or devise a different, creative way of displaying the image.

If you want a framed print, consider choosing something small but with a punch of color so it really stands out on the wall. Our picture frames come in a wide range of prices.

Consider a plaque mount. For less than $50, you can get an 11x14" print that is fully mounted and laminated - all you need to do is hang it on the wall. We even offer different edge colors so you can create the appearance of a frame.

Q4 : I don't know what will fit best in my space. Can you help?
Because we are a nation-wide company, we can't pop by your home, but we do offer distance consulting services.

Take some pictures or a video of your room, and send it to us along with room dimensions and preferences. Our consultant will study your space and come up with some suggestions, including images, frames, and sizes. They will communicate with you by phone or email to discuss your personal style and budget, and arrange the perfect decor for your special space.

Q5 : What is a FrameLight?
FrameLight is a shadow box picture frame that comes complete with strip lighting set in the sides to illuminate your special mementos and objects. They are simple to set up and use batteries so you don't have to worry about hiding the cord.

Q6 : I need a large number of prints. Can your company handle my big order?
We absolutely can. We often print orders of 50 or 100 canvases or framed artworks, and have many happy customers.

Please ensure that the information you submit with your order is completely accurate. Feel free to contact us to discuss the order once it is placed if there are any details about which you are concerned.

Bear in mind that if each item must be digitally altered or scanned, or requires excessive clarification, the entire process will take longer. We recommend you place your order as much in advance as possible. This is the best way to eliminate issues and keep you stress-free!

Q10 : When will I get my referral credit?
Once the order placed by your referred customer has shipped, the credit will be applied to your account.

Q11 : Is your referral credit offer limited?
No. There is NO LIMIT on the number of referral credits you can receive, and the credits do not expire. We encourage you to refer as many new customers as you want. Please note: Your credit will be applied to your account once your referred customer's order has shipped.

Q12 : What happens if the person I refer cancels their order?
Unfortunately, you only receive the referral credit once the order has shipped. If your referred customer cancels their order, you will not receive a credit.

Q13 : Are the uploaded files safe? What happens to the ownership of uploaded pictures?
We do not use your uploaded files for any use other than your print order. Ownership of uploaded pictures remains with the customer.
