Q1 : How should I wash my mask?
The best way is to include your mask into your regular laundry process and as long as you can follow these instructions for the entire load you are guaranteed the most durable print results: Machine or hand wash cold; don't use any hard cleaning chemicals such as bleach, a gentle cleaning detergent will do; tumble dry on low heat or leave it to air dry.

Q2 : How fast will I receive my order?
Normally, with no rush the production takes about 6 to 8 business days and 2 to 5 for shipping.

Q3 : What are the three layers?
For the best filtration and breathability our masks use polyester on both sides and the cotton layer in the middle.

Q4 : What are the available sizes?
Small, Medium and Large. Small being perfect for most kids of 8 years old and below!

Q5 : How durable is the print on my mask?
A high quality dye-sublimation print should last for about 10 years. As the print has had a chance to cool down after the heat press has been applied, the dye gets trapped in the substrate permanently. Making the dye-sublimation the most durable way of printing on fabric.

Q6 : Can I order in bulk?

Q7 : Is there a discount if I order in bulk?
Yes, if you order 2-5 you get 10% off; 6-10 items gives you 15% off; 11-50 - 20%; 51-100 - 30% off.

Q8 : Am I able to bring in my own mask to get a print on?
No, we do not accept outside fabrics for our printing process.

Q9 : How precise are the colors of the print?
The dye-sublimation ink kits consist of 4-8 colours. Main ones are Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black and also lighter versions of those. Compared to Direct To Garment (DTG) printing, which only uses 4 colours, dye sublimation offers a more accurate colour-matching. This method is ideal for Photograph printing as it best compliments the skin colour.

Q10 : What is Dye- Sublimation?
Dye-Sublimation is a method of printing directly into a polymer coated substrate. Instead of using the DTG printer where image is created directly on the fabric, in this case the image is printed with special inks onto a transfer paper, which is later laid on the desired area of the material. Large amount of pressure and heat is applied, under the impact of high temperature the colored dyes turn into gas, which penetrates the material and gets trapped there temporarily once it's cooled down.
