Your order will be shipped as soon as production is finished and payment is received. Orders paid for by check will be delayed up to 2 weeks, to ensure the payment has cleared.

We ship your order by either FedEx, UPS, DHL or Fright/Truck. A tracking link will be provided so you can track your order throughout the shipping process. You can track the status of your orders, or view/print all order invoices online, by logging into your account on the My Account page.
- Average delivery times (once your order leaves our facility) are as follows:
FedEx/UPS/DHL Standard: 3-6 business days. FedEx/UPS/DHL Express: 1-3 business days.
- We ship only within
the United States & Canada.

Please note: We do not ship to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands or outside of North America. Unfortunately, we are also unable to ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. In addition, we reserve the right, upon providing notice to the customer, to increase the shipping fee to cover:
* previously unforeseen charges for rural addresses or oversize products.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for Hawaii and Alaska, depending on the size and weight of the package.

Overweight or Oversize items do not qualify for Free Shipping.
- Taxes, rush order fees, image license fees, special priced items, and order discounts will not be considered as the total amount of your order when calculating the order's total for free shipping qualifications.
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $149, otherwise Flat Rate Shipping Fee is $29.

Shipping Overweight / Oversize Items: |

If you see this icon in your shopping cart, at least one of the items in your cart is Overweight or Oversize.
Based on the shipping address provided, surcharges may apply to orders which contain overweight or oversize items.
Factors Affecting Shipping Rates:
- Product Size: for example: Picture Frame size and profile, or large Mounting Board sizes.
- Shipping Address: how far from our production center the delivery destination is located.
- Shipping Address type: residential or commercial. Freight/truck companies charge around $70-$120 for residential address delivery.
- Product Type: Prices will vary based on whether we are shipping assembled frames or un-assembled frames.
In these instances, after completing your order you will receive an email with the updated shipping amount, which you may choose to accept, or decline and cancel the order without any charges. Please note: your credit card will not be charged until we hear back from you. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping FAQs: |

Q1 : Can you ship my order to someone else? Yes, the shipping address can be any Canadian or US address. However, if you are splitting up your order to ship to different addresses, each shipment must be $99 or more to quality for free shipping.
Q2 : Do you offer gift wrapping? No, not at this moment. However, we are happy to include a personalized note to the recipient of the artwork. Please let us know what you would like the note to say in the Notes section when you check out.
Q3 : Do you ship internationally? No, we only ship within the USA & Canada. Shipping charges to Hawaii and Alaska addresses may incur additional fees in some cases.
Q4 : Is your company information printed on the canvases that I order? We do not print our company name on the canvas. We do place a small sticker on the back of the canvas that states it was printed and mounted by us, but if you do not want this label, simply indicate this in the note section of the order form and we will not use our stickers. Another option is to design your own mailing stickers.
Q5 : My order has arrived damaged - what should i do? Please keep the original shipping boxes in case the carrier company needs them for inspection. Email some pictures of the problem to info@keenartmedia.com, and include your order number. We will handle the problem from there, and will be in contact as quickly as possible.
Q6 : I need my order by a certain date, what do I do? If your order needs to arrive by a deadline (ie for a show, exhibition, gallery, etc), please provide the date in the order notes when checkout. Although we usually meet our turnaround times, they are not always guaranteed. If we feel that we are unable to meet your deadline, we may send an email recommending rush order or express shipping fees before production.
Q7 : What are your shipping options? We offer Standard and express shipping. With Standard Shipping, you will receive your order within 3-6 business days once production is done. If you need it in a hurry, select express Shipping and your order will arrive within 1-3 business days of production. Pickup is not an option for most cities.
Q8 : Who do you ship with? We use FedEx, UPS or Canada post for majority of orders. We may use other courier & freight companies for local deliveries. |
