I'd like to tell you how grateful I am for what today's mail brought me: a package which contained not only the dark brown filler you offered to send me, but a replacement frame as well! That was very kind and thoughtful of you. Now that's what I call superb customer service! Thank you for helping me. I was concerned and wasn't at all sure if I could make the problem frame look as good as the replacement looks, but I'll give it a try and I'll let you know how I make out. I received my order and it looks great. However, I am very concerned about future orders. The order arrived with the box busted open, the photo was hanging out with the protective covers off as well. Surprisingly there was no damage to the wood print but I don\'t know if I would trust your shipping in the future. This was for a gallery exhibit.
