Since these were a gift for my daughters and I was leaving city the next day, your willingness to go the extra mile to ensure this timely arrival meant that I could sign the pieces and be there to present these in person. That meant a lot to me. Also, the quality of these photographic prints on canvas was superb. The colour match was ideal, the workmanship, the quality of the canvas and customer service was all top-notch and first class. Received the frame - three points for your information. This took 2.5 weeks to receive - in my opinion that is too long unless you indicate as such on the order the mounting screw heads are much much too small - I have many tools - none fit your Robertson tiny heads - had to go to home depot and picked up 4x3/8 wood screws that finally worked the mounting flanges didn't fit my frame - I had to bend them to fit - not easily done - required my vice and heavy needle nosed pliers - my print was from Walmart and so I suspect they cheaped out on the thickness of the wood in the print - but I should have been able to adapt the mounting flanges more easily Other than that the frame looks good and works Jejoo,
