customer service was superb I just received a Gallery Wrap, the order was placed on 2/6/2012 and was delivered yesterday, 2/10/2012. I had scanned in a 41 year old 4x5 wedding photograph, to replace a faded 41 year old canvas print on our wall for Valentines day. My wife was overjoyed when she saw the Gallery Wrap. I am more than happy with the quality of the product. I had concerns about a 600 dpi scan from such a small print making a quality 16x20 but your representative was correct when she told me this would work. I couldn\'t be happier with the superb service from USAOnCanvass. The frames were perfect according to my custom dimensions and made from excellent quality, solid wood mouldings. The frame construction (cuts, joining) was as good as or even better than some local custom framing shops I\\\'ve used. A nice touch was the included free hanging hardware, easily enough parts to hang several pieces of art. Price-wise, 80% LESS than local shops for essentially the same moulding. Likewise shipping was very fast. Order to delivery was six days. My local shop? Three to four weeks minimum. Need I say more? I would also add that if you\\\'re not sure about dimensions, etc., just call USAOnCanvas. You will get a very pleasant, helpful person to guide you through your order.
