Thank you, once again, for sending a new canvas. We received it on Monday, and the canvas itself is perfect. The wrap is lovely and care has obviously been taken with the finishing. The four frames that I ordered all came in mint condition in a tidy manner. However, the largest floating frame for a 36” x 48” painting was a bit too large and the brackets wouldn’t work. Now I am left to make my own custom brackets to try to make this work. Considering this was a $350 frame, this caught me off guard.
